All the Qualification Certifications are conferred by Formal and Non- Formal Universities and Professional Awarding Bodies. The Assessments and Verifications are implemented either by Lifelong Blended Tutorial Learning (LBTL) or Affirmation for Prior Experience & Learning (APEL) or Accreditation for Career Progress Development (ACPD)
